Organized Session Guidelines

The goal of organized sessions is to provide focused discussions on a new topic or innovative applications of a new approach. Proposals for organized sessions should be submitted by April 30 to the Organized Sessions Co-Chairs below. Each Organized Session consists of five or six papers which will go through the normal review process. The proposal should be submitted by the session organizer, and include a brief statement of the focus of the session, along with the authors' names and titles of individual papers submitted.

An honorarium of KRW 400,000 will be provided to the organizer of a session with 5 or 6 full papers and accompanying registrations. The honorarium request form will be announced here later.

It is highly recommended, but not mandatory, that the organizer include an invited paper in his/her organized session. Please indicate in the submission form whether an invited paper is included or not. The organizer is free to share his/her honorarium with the invited author. Each technical session will be 120 minutes long. If you would like to assign 40 minutes to an invited paper, the total number of papers of the session should be 5 including the invited paper.
